Work result
We performed a professional ECU file calibration on a Renault truck equipped with EMS 2.3.
The main goal was to reduce AdBlue (SCR) consumption by 10–30% according to the customer’s request, while maintaining full engine performance and emission compliance.
The tuning process was carried out in WinOLS, where we precisely adjusted calibration maps responsible for urea injection within the SCR system. We also optimized temperature and load correction maps to ensure the perfect balance between fuel economy and reliability.
All checksum values were recalculated, and the modified file was successfully tested on the vehicle. After calibration, the system runs smoothly with no DTC errors or dashboard warnings.
