Work result
We performed a complete ECU recalibration and system deactivation on LIEBHERR machinery equipped with the LIDEC2 control unit.
The main goal was to disable AdBlue (SCR), DPF, and EGR systems while ensuring stable and reliable engine performance under heavy-duty conditions.
Using WinOLS, we modified injection and exhaust-related calibration maps, as well as temperature and load correction tables.
After disabling the AdBlue SCR, DPF filter, and EGR valve, all related diagnostic routines were adjusted to prevent DTC errors or dashboard warnings.
The engine now operates smoothly, maintaining full torque and improved fuel efficiency. All checksums were recalculated, and the final file was tested directly on the machine with excellent results.
