Work result
SCR systems across commercial trucks, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment use a wide range of ECUs — Bosch EDC7UC31, Bosch EDC17CV41/42, Delphi ETC3, Delphi DCM7.24, TRW EMS2/2.2/2.3/2.4, Siemens/Continental EMS S6 / S8 / EMD1, and others.
Despite architectural differences, all of them share one issue: when an SCR-related fault occurs, the ECU reduces AdBlue dosing step-by-step, leading to torque derate, power reduction and restricted performance.
We perform professional calibration to remove SCR dosing limitation, while keeping the SCR system fully operational — we do not disable SCR, only remove artificial restrictions.
Technically: what exactly we modify
Our calibration process includes:
analysis of NH₃ dosing maps and coefficient tables;
evaluation of SCR strategy and torque derate conditions;
calibration of NOx catalyst status logic and thermal models;
neutralizing internal derate timers;
adjusting AdBlue dosing limiter maps;
maintaining full diagnostic functionality.
Each ECU family has different structure — from 40–60 maps in Delphi ETC3 to 300+ maps in Bosch EDC17CV41 — so every calibration is made individually for each file.
